Still making a good sandwich, still making them fast, still rocking a super nice staff. I like that they deliver to all the businesses in town and I like that staff is willing to go a little out of their way to make sure you're happy. If you like Jimmy John's this is a really good one. If you're looking for a killer cold sandwich they make some of the best in town.

Eh. Having just eaten at Which Wich, this review of Jimmy John's is going to go worse than it would have a few hours ago. Thinking back to my sandwich last week, it was quite bland. If it hadn't been for the salt and vinegar chips I had with it, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't even have known I was chewing on anything. I used to think it was great, but since my taste buds have been awaken, this place fell way down. The bread is nice and fresh, for sure. However, sprouts as a topping is just... meh.

I was happy to see a Jimmy John's franchise in Castle Rock. They are my favorite sub franchise. This restaurant was no exception - like all others I have been to the food was great and the service was fast. Probaby the best sub franchise out there.

Addictive sandwiches to begin with... Very attentive staff and fast. So with all that, they even deliver. We order delivery around twice a week. I'm so happy they opened a franchise here! Oh, and they play great music usually.

Truly the biggest disappointment of a jimmy johns franchise. The flat out rudeness of the staff and the refusal to deliver 3.5 miles from their location speaks to the leadership of the franchisee. You lost my business JJ. Too bad you don't care.

Always great sandwiches although they almost always mess something up in your order. They also do not deliver to the Meadows, so if you're over there, tough luck.

Hello Angela; I read your review of the Jimmy Johns on Allen Way. As a former employee of that store and the driver that took that delivery to you I am disappointed that we didn't serve you accordingly. I'd like to apologize that we only gave you one napkin per sandwich since that is our corporate standard, I realize that it must have been difficult to eat your sandwiches without making too much of a mess. It must have also been a hassle in the morning when you had to take a shower because it seems that the hotel you decided to stay in didn't have towels in the room. I also apologize that we didn't complete your request for salt and pepper, even though we have not had it since the store opened I suppose it would have been in customer services best interest for me to go to the store and pick some up for you. I'm sure I could have afforded it on the $1.26 tip you gave me. Sincerely; The "Fuck headed idiot" that delivered your sandwich. To the rest; Neither Jimmy Johns delivers to founders or the meadows because a week before the store opens representatives from the corporate offices come out and set up the store and its delivery range. The franchisee has nothing to do with it, the managers have nothing to do with it, the delivery drivers have nothing to do with it, and rest assured the 17 year old kid you just yelled at and called an asshole because he can't deliver your sandwich has nothing to do with it. When the new store opened we tried petitioning to them to open up the delivery range more, it didn't happen I'm sorry. I like nothing more than serving you guys and most of you are awesome, I hate when we make mistakes just as much if not more than you do. Cut the kid making your sandwich some slack. For most this is their first job. I hope to see you all soon. And please don't be afraid to shout over the music it helps ;)

I love the Jimmy John's franchise. I love the vibe and the raw materials. I've just been disappointed by the mediocre service at this location too many times. I'll go to the one in dtc instead.

The food is mediocre and they do not deliver to two of the largest neighborhoods in town. I mean if I'm on the East side of Castle Rock and a pizza place in Castle Pines can deliver, why can't you? I'd much rather head to Firehouse Subs on the complete opposite side of town, better food and much better service.

This place is simply awful. Terrible service and the sandwiches taste terrible. It is difficult to fully convey just how bad it is. We went there with our granddaughter who is a young toddler. Seating is mainly highboys.....bad for small toddler. There was one booth but the table was filthy. I asked for a cloth to clean it. No cloth and no human to clean it. We eventually found a low table by the door. These are not gourmet sandwiches. These are sandwiches made with cheap tasteless ingredients. Jail food. I can honestly say we should have gone to McDonald's.

Ordering from this jimmy johns has always been a hassle. I am extremely frustrated by the way i was just treated by the "manager on duty". I asked for salt and pepper on the side of my order. i also asked for the pickle to be sliced in fours. I ordered our dinner online 1) there was no salt and pepper. when i called and tried to resolve this i was told they dont carry salt and pepper. So why didnt you call the number i gave to inform me of that? 2) i am staying in a hotel right now with no utensils and the pickle was hardly cut at all! 3) i got one napkin in my bag. for two huge sandwiches!!! so the attitude i got from the "manager" was "we don't carry salt and pepper. and its corporate policy we only give one napkin, per sandwich." And my response was "Well, i suppose i will be taking my business elsewhere because you're unwilling to resolve the issue here because i have had the same problems multiple times." MEANWHILE he was talking to someone else in the background!!! how rude!!! word from the wise... customer service goes a long way. I will be contacting corporate to also talk to someone who doesnt give me an attitude and listens to me like im important.

Good Sandwiches! They don't deliver to The Meadows at all though! I even sent a video to corporate showing how it took me 5:30 to get to Jimmy Johns from my house in The Meadows... A real waste if you ask me.. but I will return.

Agree with bland sandwiches, even something like the loaded beach club wasn't anything to write home about. Delivery being "Freaky Fast" is a misleading remark, since their delivery range is only within a 2 mile radius of their store, took me 7 mins to drive there and they don't deliver to my house? That's just lazy, and they're missing a HUGE neighborhood of possible customers for their delivery. Terrible business model, staff is not managed well at this location. Over-priced for sure. If all you need is a sandwich, this is good enough. If you want a Great sandwich, there are other locations cheaper and tastier than Jimmy John's.
